WELCOME!

Welcome to Slimmed Down Preppies. As most of you know, this is not my blog, it is our blog. This will be a blog where we can discuss our diet mishaps, successes and secrets. Let's get started. I need to figure out how to add everyone so that they can post. I guess this will be a work in progress. Feel free to suggest or make any changes. It won't hurt my feelings at all.

Okay, trying again...
I'm about 4 days in on my diet and today was HARD. I was so hungry all day! I hope it gets better. I want to look good in my jeans again.

This is too wonderful!

We have just commenced *really* looking at portion sizes and surprise, it is making a difference. We even put the Williams Sonoma china away and pulled out the Wedgwood as the dinner plates are 3" smaller and far more realistic for us to use than the oversized "Brasserie" from WS that we like better.

How's that for a run-on sentence?!
