I weighed this morning. I had gained 1 1/2 pounds. I was so sure that I had lost some weight. I measured yesterday and I had lost 1/4 inch in my rib cage, 1/2 inch in my waist and 1/2 inch in my gut. Maybe what I ate for dinner last night was too salty. I'm going to weigh again on Monday. Maybe I'll see a difference. I'm trying not to get discouraged.

Muscle weights more than fat. You are toning up and that's why you are smaller, but weighed more. Don't worry about the weight. Focus on the measurements!! Great job!!

I hate weighing. But when I'm trying to loose weight, I have a retractable tape measure that I carry with me. I put in my pocket so I can feel it as a reminder, and its really encouraging. I've even stepped into the bathroom at restraunts to measure myself... it helps me see the progress and more will power to fight temptation when I can actually look at the tape measure, and see the numbers.

Losing inches is WAY more imporatant than what your scale says! Keep up the good work!
