Weight Watchers Week 5

I lost 2.5 pounds this week. I was able to get back on track. I gained 3 pounds on my trip to Charleston so I was glad to get rid of most of it this week. It is going slowly but if I can keep this up and still live my life eventually I will get there!

That's good that you lost the 2.5 pounds. Usually when I gain weight on vacation, it takes forever to get it off. I hope that I am not disappointed on Saturday when I weigh.
