My first week of weight watchers went really well. I got on the scale this morning and I lost 2.5 pounds. For me, a body that does not lose weight quickly, that is good. I am pleased. I will try to get on the elliptical trainer three times this week. I only got on one time last week.
Yay! Good for you. I weigh on my mother's scales on Saturday. I am hoping to lose 2 pounds. I hope I'm not disappointed.
