I admire those of y'all who are planning your meals so well...I am good about planning dinners and breakfast but lunch and snacks tend to be "what I feel like" so that can be my downfall. I've been putting good snacks right up front in the refrigerator--snap peas, baby carrots, hummus, blueberries. It helps to avoid the bad stuff when I have good options right in front of me.
I did my walk again today...it was the baby's first day at Mom's Day Out (she cried, it was sad...but it will get better) and so I took the dogs out for my 2 miles.

I wish that I like baby carrots and hummus. I like cooked carrots, but that is not a snack. I keep no sugar added fudgesicles for my snack. They seem to hit the spot.
